Applicable Law

The Site is controlled and administered by Tastylemon LLC from within the United States of America. The Site can be accessed from the US, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the the United States of America, by accessing the Site, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Use will be governed under the laws of the United States and the federal laws of the US applicable therein (without reference to conflicts of laws principles). The parties have requested that these Terms of Use and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.
